• Camera & Gallery: To use the Snap to PDF and Image to PDF features, the app requires permission to access your camera and photo library.

• Documents: To facilitate PDF to Word conversion and PDF Reader functions, the app accesses the specific files you select for processing.

2. Server-Side Processing & Data Retention

To ensure high-quality conversions without slowing down your mobile device, Imbas PDF utilizes secure server-side processing.

• Server Processing: When you perform a conversion (e.g., Image to PDF or PDF to Word), the file is temporarily uploaded to our secure server to complete the task.

• 3-Day Auto-Delete Policy: For your convenience—such as in cases of interrupted downloads—processed files are stored on our secure servers for a maximum of three (3) days.

• Permanent Deletion: After exactly 72 hours from the time of upload, our system automatically and permanently purges your files from our servers.

3. Privacy & Security

• No Data Mining: We do not read, analyze, or “mine” the content of your documents for advertising or any other purposes.

• Encryption: All data transferred between your device and our servers is protected using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

• Access Control: Files stored during the 3-day window are strictly accessible only via your unique session; no third party or Imbas PDF staff can view your content.

4. User Control

• Manual Deletion: While our system auto-deletes files after 3 days, you may also have the option to manually trigger a deletion from the server immediately after your download is successful.

• Permissions: You may revoke Camera or File permissions at any time through your device settings, though this will disable the app’s ability to process those specific tasks.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal documents or images with any third-party companies. Our server infrastructure is used solely for the mechanical processing of your files.
